Description.

This is a journey that drops us to observe the lives of people who challenge the weather and geography of the place and interrelate with them, besides enjoying the most amazing places where once walked the Incas in their journey to go to the one of the new seven wonders of the modern world, the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.

 

ITINERARY:

Day 01: Cusco - Calca - Lares - Quishuarani
We will pick up from Hotel at 04:30 am and we headed to the town of Lares in a 3 hour drive through the Sacred Valley of the Incas. After a relaxing break in the hot springs of Lares, we will begin a walk of 5 to 6 hours during which we will stop for lunch and continue until Quishuarani, where we expect the welcome dinner and camp for the first night .

Day 02: Quishuarani – Cancha Cancha
After breakfast, we headed to the place called Cancha Cancha, this walk takes us along the top of the Peruvian Andes in a lapse from 6 to 7 hours. We will have lunch en route in a place with an incredible view of the mountains and then we will continue our trek , we will arrive at Cancha Cancha by averaging the 5 pm, where we expect dinner and camp.

Day 03: Cancha Cancha - Ollantaytambo - Aguas Calientes
After breakfast, we begin to walking down to the village of Ollantaytambo, this place is known as the Inca living town, becuas their all the buildings, streets and even ornamental fountains are still working. We will take the train in Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes or Machu Picchu Town, Here you can enjoy a nice dinner to celebrate the crossing and spend the night in a comfortable hostel.

DAY 04: Aguas Calientes - Machupicchu
The breakfast is served early at the hotel to start our journey by bus to Machu Picchu (optionally you can walk up) we will have a guiding tour of the archaeological complex of Machu Picchu for 02 hours. After the tour you have free time to take pictures and to further explore the area by our self. In the afternoon we return to Aguas Calientes and later We will go the train station to back to Cusco City.
